Performix is a SaaS tool that connects to a business's Google Business Profile (via Google's business.manage OAuth scope) to provide AI-assisted, human-approved review replies, Google Posts, local ranking tracking, competitor benchmarking, SEO auditing, and related reporting.
You must provide accurate business information and connect a Google account you are actually authorized to manage on behalf of the business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Google connection secure.
We offer FREE, ESSENTIAL, PRO, and SCALE plans with different included quotas, plus an optional prepaid wallet (1 credit = €1) for pay-as-you-go services. New accounts receive a 14-day full-PRO trial once Google OAuth is completed and at least one location is selected; the trial is time-based, not usage-based. If no payment is made by day 14, the account continues on the FREE plan — no data is deleted.
Subscription and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription quantity follows the number of active locations on your account; adding or removing a location adjusts your next invoice on a prorated basis. Wallet credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to FREE. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Performix uses AI to draft review replies, Posts, and Q&A content. No AI-generated content is ever published to your Google Business Profile automatically. Every draft is reviewed and explicitly approved — by our team, and where the interface allows, by you — before publication. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content published to your profile, even when AI-assisted.
Content restrictions. Performix applies mandatory content restrictions to every AI draft — among others: no personal or health data about reviewers, no admission of liability or promises of compensation, no rewards in exchange for reviews, no unverifiable superlatives or health claims, no competitors by name, no topics restricted by Google. The full list is shown in your dashboard under "Brand voice". These restrictions take precedence over your brand voice profile and approved phrases and cannot be switched off. They reduce risk but do not eliminate it — the final check before approval remains your responsibility.
We retain all rights to the Performix software and branding. You retain all rights to your own business content; AI-generated drafts become yours once approved and published.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features depending on third-party APIs (Google, Stripe, DataForSEO, etc.) may be affected by those providers' own outages, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Performix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any business impact from published review replies or posts you approved.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Google's API terms of service, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
