This page summarizes your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the personal data Performix processes about you — see the full Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. accounting records).
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data in specific circumstances.
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — for the Google Business Profile connection specifically, revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions — this immediately stops our access to new data from your Google account.

How to exercise these rights

Email privacy@performix.bg with your request. We currently handle these requests manually; we will respond within one month, as required by GDPR Article 12(3). We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Right to complain

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria — cpdp.bg — or with the data protection authority of your own EU member state.
